Individual assessment comes first
Panchkarma, also spelled Panchakarma, is approached through the person’s history, daily routine, goals and existing care. Vaidya Kamal considers these together before discussing a plan. Your first appointment provides time to understand the proposed approach and ask which therapies are available at the practice.
What your care plan covers
Discuss the purpose of a proposed therapy, preparation, the number and length of visits, the substances used, and any rest or follow-up involved. The practice will explain the specific service and its separate fee before you agree. A plan is individualized; it is not a fixed five-procedure package.
Arranging therapy appointments
In-person therapies are arranged directly with the San Marcos practice following assessment. Start with an initial Ayurveda consultation, or use the free 15-minute introduction to ask about current options and availability. Remote consultations can support planning and follow-up; hands-on therapies require an in-person appointment.
The classical framework and the service offered here
Classical Panchakarma includes procedures with different purposes and requirements. An educational description of the five processes does not mean that every procedure is offered here.
